Atelier Studio & Gathering Space is not just for photographers… we created it as a gathering and event space where community can flourish.
With hourly rentals, multiple colored backdrops, tables, chairs, free coffee, and always fresh decor, Atelier was designed as a place everyone can enjoy and use.
Host a party, teach a workshop, or just sit in pretty natural light with some friends.
OUR HEART IS TO CREATE A BEAUTIFUL SPACE FOR FRIENDS TO EXPERIENCE COMMUNITY
The history of Atelier is a bit of a mystery. Looking back at the Lynchburg records dating back 100+ years, we know that it has never been used for an official business but we have been told it was once a fire station (with horses!) All we know for sure is that we LOVE the space.
HOST YOUR WEDDING AT ATELIER
Rent the venue for your wedding ceremony or reception dinner.
We can comfortably accommodate 40 people seated around tables for dinner or 40 people seated in chairs for a ceremony.
EVENTS AT ATELIER
ATELIER IS PERFECT FOR INTIMATE GATHERINGS WITH FRIENDS OR FAMILY.
Our gathering space has four 8’ farmhouse tables available along with 40 chairs. Using just our four tables, 40 people can be seated around the space with plenty of room for food on the other side. Come during the day for a brightly lit clean white feel or light your gathering in the evening with our cozy sting lights and Edison bulbs.

You can rent Atelier for a photoshoot, meeting space, small event, workshop, or maybe you just want to sit in a beautiful space with beautiful light.
If you’re doing a professional shoot or just gathering with friends, We always make sure the AC or heat is turned on and coffee is available.
