GETTING IN

There is a driveway behind the building where you can park or you can park on the street.
The door is on the back of the building, all the way to the right.

Please do not arrive before your scheduled time (others may be using the space) and please try and leave when you're supposed to as others will be coming in. 

The code to the door is 1357
Make sure it beeps every time you press a button

Occasionally, the lock will get jammed and you may have to wiggle the door back and forth when you enter the code.

Please lock up when you leave by pressing the top button one time, then just confirm the door is locked and you are good to go. 

Please be aware that there are security cameras in every room except the bathroom. It is your responsibility to tell your clients about the cameras.

PLEASE TAKE CARE OF ATELIER - the basement

This is a reminder that you will AUTOMATICALLY be charged $50 to the card on file if you do not leave the studio clean and neat. If something is not right when you arrive, please let us know!

1) You are welcome to move things but, you must return all of the furniture, plants, and decor to the spot it belongs. Please do not disassemble anything or remove anything from the building. Please do not place any furniture outside.

2) Please make sure all trash makes it into the trash can in the bathroom (including glitter and confetti!)

3) Accidents happen! We get it.
If something breaks, please let us know! We need to make sure we can get in there and fix whatever it is before the next person comes in.

4) Reminder. You are renting a self-serve building for only the amount of time you paid for. Please make sure rented enough time to set up and tear down. The building is rented AS IS. We can not remove furniture or decor for your shoot. We will not be there to assist with moving anything so please be careful. Do not drag furniture.

MUSIC

We have provided an Amazon Alexa for music.
Just say “Alexa, play ______” and name a favorite artist or genera.

 

THIS & THAT

Here are a few little things we think you might want to know :)

  • The artificial window light switch is by the interior door. Number one and two are for the windows.

  • There is a door in the foyer into our storage room, no need to go in there.

  • There are little remotes by the light switches that turn on the battery powered candles
